Kilimanjaro National Park

Kilimanjaro National Park covers 1,688 square kilometers and includes the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro. Visitors generally enter the park to climb Kili but you can also go on a game safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro as a beautiful backdrop.

Wildlife

A variety of animals can be seen in the park depending on your elevation. You will likely see elephants, buffalo, monkeys, and more.

Best time to visit

If you are planning to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, we recommend that you visit during the dry months (January, March, June-October).
